Doctor owns 850 square foot co-op on the ground floor with great signage and 2+1 operatories. Office refers out oral surgery, molar endo and implant surgery. Very limited marketing/advertising programs. 5 to 7 new patients per month. Office is computerized (Dentrix) with digital x-rays. $1500 monthly maintenance.
