PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

Consistently produces $1.2 million a year in production, on a doctor 3.5 day work week. Collections are very high. There are 6 operatories, and plenty of office space. There are 2,276 patients in the practice. New patients are added to the practice, but in a limited fashion (by choice). The dental and office equipment are very modern. There is plenty of additional work potential, should a new owner wish to work more. The practice is located in Delta County, and is on Lake Michigan. This coastal paradise consists of 211 miles of varied shoreline, which is the most of any county in the continental U.S. Beautiful beaches, trails and stunning limestone cliffs along Big and Little Bays de Noc offer spectacular sightseeing by foot, bike or kayak.
