Upper Westchester County NY Ortho Office for Sale Ortho office in Upper Westchester County, mostly absentee management.  Open 5 days per week (M-F 9-6).  10 to 20 new patients per month.  6 plumbed operatories. Grossing $400k. 15 years at this location, only orthodontics.  10% fee for service 75% PPO/15 % mixed insurances.  Small local advertising program only.  Digital software & x-rays & panseph panorex.  Doctor owns the 2,000 square foot building, 100% owner occupied, Staff consists of 1 dentist, 2 assistants & 1 front desk.  Current fees: 6K to 8K fully banded orthodontic case, 7% tip upon completion.  Doctor& staff will stay on to ease the transition.
