PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

We have a small town dental practice that we have practiced in for 30 years. We have one hygienist and we have one assistant. It's a small and Lean operation. We collect consistently $550,000 on 3 1/2 days a week. We have three operatories, but the building can be added onto and there's room to add one or two more operatories if someone wanted them. We use Eaglesoft software our office is digital and we are paperless. We do no marketing or advertising. 2300 ft.² on one acre of land. We are in Aiken County South Carolina. It is 25 miles from Aiken, South Carolina 35 miles from Columbia, South Carolina. We are not in network with any insurance however we do take some Medicaid since we are in a small town. So basically we have a hybrid office of fee for service and Medicaid. We are happy to work a transition for the new buyer if needed to help with the patient Goodwill.
