PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

This is a beautiful Christian based General dental office in a SC coastal community. The office is in a “condo” office park and has 4,500 sq feet. They have 4 main operatories – -there is room to add 1-2 more operatories and the plumbing is already installed. This is a FEE For Service practice – – not in network with insurance companies. The practice is full of technology – such as – lasers, CEREC Prime Scan and mill, Speedray, Speed Fire furnace, Sirona 3D cone beam, electric hand-pieces. Nitrous plumbed throughout. Roughly 20 new patients per month and the hygiene schedule is booked out 6 months – we have 10 days of hygiene per week – -we are open Monday thru Friday 8-5. We have a valuation on the practice by a 3rd party certified valuator.
