PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

The practice has always been a one-day per week operation, with its own referral base located primarily in Dover, Rochester and Somersworth, NH, as well as patients from Berwick, South Berwick and Eliot, Maine. The facility is a stand-alone building, with patient parking for 11, plus additional staff parking to the rear of the building. The space comprises approximately 1700 sf on two levels + full basement. The ground floor consists of 1 “consultation” operatory and 2 “treatment” operatories, recovery room, business area, patient waiting area, and sterilization area.
