PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

This is a small general dental practice for sale or patient merger. About 50% of productions is hygiene and exams; 31% crown & bridge and implants; and 10% operative. Moda is the major insurance carrier (over 60% of patients). No OHP. About 90% of the patients are on recall. Over 60% of the patients are in Tigard, Beaverton, Tualatin, Sherwood, & Wilsonville. New patients are running about six per month. The dentist works about three days per week. The hygienist has been with the practice for 25 years. The dental office contains about 1,150 sq. ft. It is on an arterial, close to a freeway exit, and has good visibility to traffic flow. There are three operatories.
