PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

This is a wonderful opportunity to take over the ONLY Endodontic practice in Hallandale Beach. This one of four Endo practices within a 30-minute drive time and 193 General practices within the same drive time.  The referral opportunity is wide open.  This is an established solo practitioner practice with a 39-year history at this location. The retiring Endodontist is open to transitional period to assist new dentist with existing referring dentists. Practice is seeing patients 3.5 days per week. Current overhead is very low: 2 employees and very reasonable rent.
