PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

This is a well established practice with 40 years of goodwill with the current owner.  The practice collects $230,000 per year on two and a half days per week.  Seller refers all endo, all oral surgery, all perio and all ortho.  The practice averages 10-15 new patients per month with no marketing or promotion of any kind.  Seller has had some medical issues over the past few years limiting his time in the practice.  The office has three equipped operatories and is computerized but without digital x-rays.  The practice is located in a one story professional building with good visibility close to the Porter Ranch community.  This would be ideal as a start up or satellite practice.  Seller is retiring.
